This Stadium House is truly where it all began back in 1977 when our own owner decided to try something new and not live on campus while pursuing his degree.  The back end of the house used to be a studio.  Throughout the years it became an incredible 4 bedroom house with 2 living rooms and plenty of room to share with your friends. The second living room features a built-in bar ideal for those nights where you want to invite your true friends over.  This house has hardwood floors throughout, a large backyard that wraps the house, perfect for gardening and plenty of room for all your roommates to park.  Ideal house for people wanting to share their space with others.
