His nickname is Big Guy, but he is our giant office teddy bear.  With only 2 silver dollars, he came down to Florida to escape the bitter winters in his hometown of Decatur, Illinois.  An original entrepreneur, he began the student housing industry in Tallahassee when he bought his first home in 1978.  With a Phd in Counseling Psychology from Florida State University, Erwin knows how to handle it all.
