When your college student signs a lease at Jackson Properties, they become part of the JP family. We want to make sure they have an enjoyable, responsible, and comfortable college experience.
Jackson Properties has a team of consistent trained professionals to help your college student with their housing and at times student needs in the office. We also help them by providing tips on how to deal with stress, stay organized and knowing when to ask for help. We create events relevant to them and have community partners that provide learning tools, guidance and relevant advice. Their need to feel independent is high at this time of their lives and we are here to make them feel like adults while helping them become one.
Our Properties
We offer 1-5 bedroom Stadium Houses, apartments, garden homes, duplexes and townhomes all convenient, affordable, and within walking distance to Florida State University. You can be comfortable knowing your college student is in good hands with us. Jackson Properties is a company owned by parents who understand the needs of the students while alleviating your concerns.
Maintenance
Our maintenance team is exceptional and committed to serving our residents. Maintenance requests may be submitted by calling or texting our office during regular business hours Monday-Friday, emailing us, or simply submitting a maintenance request on the Resident’s individual portal. We provide a 24 hour Emergency Maintenance line for specific emergencies only. Most regular maintenance requests will be done within 24-72 hours, except during the move in/outs months of August and September.

- Mail payments directly to Jackson Properties at: P.O. Box 4008 Tallahassee, FL 32315.
- Pay now by simply logging onto our resident portal under the Residents Corner tab.
- Residents can drop off their payments at our office located on 1341 Jackson Bluff Road Tallahassee, FL 32304.
