Our office is located at 1341 Jackson Bluff Road in Tallahassee, Florida, with all of our properties located in the surrounding area.
- In-person Tours: Meet us at our office, located at 1341 Jackson Bluff Road. We’ll go over some key details of the unit you’re interested in, answer your questions, and then take you to tour the unit.
- Virtual Tours: At your scheduled tour time, join the Google Meet link included in your confirmation email. We’ll talk you through photos, videos, and any available 3D tours of the unit you’re interested in, and answer your questions.
It varies based on the property. Utility packages are available upon request at some of our communities. Please call our office for information about your property of interest.
No! We believe in transparent pricing. You can read our lease on our Leasing Documents page, which goes over all of our policies and fees.
We are not animal-friendly. Tenants found with an animal will be subject to a fine and possible eviction. For ESA, please ask for a HUD-approved ESA addendum and guide.
We offer roommate matching for properties leased on an individual-room basis. Contact our office, and one of our leasing agents will be happy to help you find the right fit.
No! Parking is completely free at all of our properties!
Early move-ins are not guaranteed, depend on unit availability, and are subject to prorated rent. If you’re interested in moving in early, contact our office, and we’d be happy to discuss your options.
