We are Marching Chiefs!

True friends have made this 4 bedroom Stadium House their own throughout the years.  Home to many members of the Marching Chiefs and the FSU circus performers it doesn’t lack a history of fun.  Its large backyard allows you to practice any instrument and gives you the feeling you are doing a free outside concert for the adjacent neighborhood.  Circus performers had the ability to practice at home even though it was always at their own risk.  This home can also be rented as a 3 bedroom and a study room for those who need a bit of extra room for their instruments and everything else.   

Rent includes maintenance, pest control, yard work, an unbeatable team and expertise that will guide you for years to come!  We provide clear expectations, explain the lease and help you learn your responsibilities as a resident.
