A single mother of 3, Boston Marathon Qualified, Ironman Finisher, and writer, this Puertorican native has been part of our team for over 15 years. She has created a flexible, welcoming, and fun work environment for our team while being able to help students not only by providing them a place to live, but being a home away from home parent for some. Ely holds an MBA from Colorado State University and an undergraduate degree in Communications with Business from FSU. She is a Leadership Tallahassee alumni, a former adjunct professor at the FSU College of Entrepreneurship, a board member at the Tallahassee Museum, and an active volunteer of our local community. A strong, driven, and self motivated woman who grew up watching She-ra, the princess of power.
