Our Properties

Jackson Properties offers many options for your son/daughter while living away from home. For those residents looking for roommates we offer individual roommate matching at University Center Apartments and for residents who already know who their roommates are, we offer 1-5 bedroom apartments, townhomes, houses, duplexes and garden homes.

Walk to Campus and On the Bus route

All of our properties are located within walking/biking distance to Florida State University (FSU) and within 2-3 miles of Tallahassee Community College (TCC) and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). They are also all within the FSU and City bus routes.

Maintenance

Maintenance requests may be submitted by calling our office during regular business hours Monday-Friday, emailing us, or simply submitting a "maintenance requests" on the Residents Corner. We provide a 24 hour Emergency Maintenance line for specific emergencies only. Please refer to the Residents Corner "Correspondence to Residents" and/or "Maintenance Requests" for what constitutes an after hour emergency. Most regular maintenance requests will be done within 24 hours, except during the move in/outs months of August and September.

• Pay now by simply logging onto our resident portal under the "Residents Corner" tab.
• Residents can drop off their payments at our office located on:
