The following are required in order to secure a property:

Completed and signed rental application and lease agreement
Security deposit of $250 per person
Application fee of $50 per person
Last month’s rent and First Month’s rent
Parent Guarantee of Lease form per person
Jackson Properties will contact the applicant’s employer to confirm employment and current and/or previous landlord for rental history verification. A credit report will also be requested to ensure the applicant’s good standing.

For your protection, we only accept personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders...NO CASH!!

Personal Tours

Please contact our office to arrange a personal tour to view any of our properties. Tours are available Monday through Saturday from 12-5pm starting January 15th through August 15th.

Referral program

Jackson Properties, Inc. offers cash discount to students who refer their friends to live in one of our houses. Call our office for additional information!
