University Center Apartments offers individual roommate matching options for a 1 bedroom designed for those of you looking to have your own bedroom at a reduced cost.

One bedroom individual roommate matching options include:

• Utilities (up to $120 per apartment)
• Internet (Free of Charge)
• Furniture packages (If desired)
• Free visitor parking (Except on home games)
• All appliances, including washer, dryer and microwaves in all units
• Large barbeque area
• Sprinkler system in every room
• Volleyball court

Rent is between $400-$600 monthly. All maintenance, pest control, and yard service is provided to all of our units at no additional charge.
