Walk or ride your bike to Florida State University! Located at the center of FSU activities, University Center Apartments is located behind the football stadium on Jackson Bluff Road. University Center Apartments offers individual roommate matching options for a 1 bedroom designed for those of you looking to have your own bedroom at a reduced cost.
One bedroom individual roommate matching options include:
- Utilities (up to $120 per apartment)
- Internet (Free of Charge)
- Furniture packages (If desired)
- Free visitor parking (Except on home games)
- All appliances, including washer, dryer and microwaves in all units
- Large barbeque area
- Sprinkler system in every room
- Volleyball court
Rent is between $400-$600 monthly. All maintenance, pest control, and yard service is provided to all of our units at no additional charge.
